Trivia[]
- Goof: Misery is disappointed that they have to go back inside when it starts to rain, but in Gloomer Rumor she hated rain.
- One scene where Doom Kitty is looking at the painting of her and Ruby together marks the first time that someone, other than Misery, has cried. The scene was also considered by fans to be the most emotional moment on the show.
- The bunny is the closest the series ever came to having an antagonist and while he may have been a one-off character, he can be seen playing a card game with Mr. Mumbles in Last Train to Gloomsville.
- The game the gang plays in this episode, "Detective Danger", is a spoof to the popular board game "Clue".
- Iris is absent in this episode, but she does provide narration for the episode’s closing sketch “Pet Care with Iris.”
- Misery's cold turns out to have been psychosomatic.
- Bunny stole Ruby's silver hairbrush, Misery's hot water bottle and engraved tissue dispenser, and Poe's vase and gold-plated feather duster, and he attempted to steal Ruby's piggy bank.
- When Bunny shuts the door on Doom Kitty, he is holding a carrot.
