Ruby Gloom is a Canadian animated television series based on the product line of the same name. The series, created by Martin Hsu and developed by Carolyn Hay, was produced by Nelvana Limited for YTV. It aired from October 13, 2006 to June 1, 2008.
In June 2008, the series was cancelled after three seasons. 40 episodes were produced.
Plot[]
The series focuses on the adventures of eponymous Ruby Gloom, who lives in a mansion along with her circle of eccentric friends, which along with the aforementioned spooks, include: a know-it-all talking raven, a bat who is too afraid to fly, a prankster ghost, and a living toy named Mr. Buns; and also Ruby's pet cat Doom Kitty.
