1. Ruby Gloom is, first and foremost, a product line owned by Mighty Fine, which was bought out by Mad Engine three years ago.
  2. The cartoon has only survived thanks to a property shareholder (plus a small crew of media pirates) uploading it onto YouTube, where it garnered a cult following. If you've done your homework like I have, you'll know that the show never aired in the U.S.
  3. Martin Hsu has moved onto other projects, like selling his work to art museums and doing character designs for Disney Channel. He created the franchise, so it's up to him whether or not the cartoon comes back.
